- Juice from a can of chickpeas
- 1 cup sugar
- Kitchenaid or other automatic whisking machine
- Put chickpea canning juice in mixer bowl.
- Whisk/whip until soft peaks.
- Slowly add cup of sugar to mix while continuing whisking.
- Cook in dollops on parchment of silpat.
- Bake at 250F for about 1 hour. Check if you smell burning sugar.
- Remove and serve as you like.
