Greek Tzatziki Sauce with Garlic and Dill

- The Lemon Bowl's Recipe 
- 2 cups greek yogurt
- 2 cups diced or shredded or fine mandolined cucumber
- 1/2 cup fresh dill, minced
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed and minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- Mix everything together in a bowl.
- Taste for seasonings.
- Adjust seasoning with dill, lemon, garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately or hold in the fridge up to 5 days.
