Greek Tzatziki Sauce with Garlic and Dill

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups greek yogurt
  • 2 cups diced or shredded or fine mandolined cucumber
  • 1/2 cup fresh dill, minced
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed and minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Method:

  1. Mix everything together in a bowl.
  2. Taste for seasonings.
  3. Adjust seasoning with dill, lemon, garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve immediately or hold in the fridge up to 5 days.
