Using recipe from key ingredient
- 1 yellow onion
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 16 ounce tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1.5 cups water
- Grind yellow onion and 1/2 cup water in a blender.
- Pour this mixture into a frying pan with ground beef, and cook until the meat is browned.
- Add one more cup water, crushed garlic, salt, coriander, black pepper and tomato sauce to the meat and cook over medium-low heat for 20-25 minutes.
