* Juice from a can of chickpeas&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 cup sugar&lt;br /&gt;
* Kitchenaid or other automatic whisking machine&lt;br /&gt;

Method:&lt;br /&gt;
# Put chickpea canning juice in mixer bowl.&lt;br /&gt;
# Whisk/whip until soft peaks.&lt;br /&gt;
# Slowly add cup of sugar to mix while continuing whisking.&lt;br /&gt;
# Cook in dollops on parchment of silpat.&lt;br /&gt;
# Bake at 250F for about 1 hour. Check if you smell burning sugar.&lt;br /&gt;
# Remove and serve as you like.&lt;br /&gt;
