Hard-Steamed Eggs(barely) with yellow yolks (10:00 eggs)

In the continuing quest to get a repeatable, high quality, hard-cooked egg, we bring you now the Steamed Egg. From Serious Eats.
Ingredients:
- Uncooked eggs in shell
- Water for steaming
- Water for cooling
- Ice for cooling
Equipment:
- Steamer
Method:
- Put about 1" of water in your steamer and bring it to a boil.
- Put your eggs in the steamer basket and, when the steamer comes to a boil, put the basket on/in the steamer.
- Steam for 10 minutes.
- Prepare a bowl with ice water. When your eggs are done, cool them in the ice bath, and peel them there too - the water will help you peel the eggs cleanly.
