Using a base of the very bitter Buddha's Hand infusion of 350 ml of Hangar 1 straight vodka (infused with slices of both pith and zest), added, as part of recipe in Bitters book for Orange Bitters, page 72, 29 grams of semi-dry zest and a little flesh vegetable peelered off of tangerines from Karine. Need also to add spices per Bitters book recipe.

  • Roasted whole citrus - Idea here is to possibly roast whole or partial citrus for a different bitters concoction.
